I have purchased this necklace in 2018 and have been wearing them everyday, the chain broke and I ordered for a replacement...they replaced not only the chain but also the pendant free of charge..I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear them..thank you so much..
I still have not received them. They are held in customs which we were not expecting. No correspondence from customs as to how much we need to pay. They were a birthday present for my niece who’s birthday has now passed
Hi, sorry for the inconvenience re the customs payment, unfortunately due to EU regulations all exports from the UK now involve customs payments, there is nothing we can do about this.

Hi Nicola, apologies for this delay, as explained yesterday by email there is a problem currently with Royal Mail strikes, and as the package is going into Europe from the UK there is a longer delay than many. We have also messaged you to let you know that we are resending this item. We are hoping that it will arrive quickly but as the strikes are still on-going, we cannot guarantee this. Unfortunately, these things are beyond our control. Sorry again that your wait has been longer than expected.
